About Us
St. Therese Development Center is a non-sectarian school, founded in 1989 by Mrs. Lucia Q. Reyes, a classroom teacher of Immaculate Conception and Child Development Center in Pandi, Bulacan and Philippine College of Technological Resources – now St. Louie University in Maysan Valenzuela Metro Manila – who had the experience of handling and managing the Pre-school department of the said institution.
From 1990-2004 the school was affiliated with NFWC National Federation of Women’s Club of the Philippines.
Then SY 2003-2004, the school was granted by DepEd permit to operate Preschool Education for Nursery, Kinder, Prep and Grade I, II, and III.
Then SY 2004-2005 the school offered Preschool up to Grade VI until present.
The Preschool Department was given Government Recognition in SY 2004-2005 and the Elementary Department in SY 2006-2007.
PHILOSOPHY
St. Therese Development Center is a non-sectarian institution who believes that the most fundamental and most universal truth of the gospel message the “God is our father and we are its children” that should we proclaim God’s good news to all men and translate this proclamation through teaching like a prophecy and bequeath it to future generations.
